At Vaccari Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original shipping box.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is protected from scratches during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
